Wearing Different Hats: In small companies it is necessary for the
employees to wear different hats (different roles/jobs).
Sometimes the hats we are wearing do not fit or suit us therefore providing
an environment of lack of passion and engagement.
When we have lack of passion and engagement, our heart is no longer involved
and we tend to start looking elsewhere.
Questions to Ponder:
In your company, are the hats suited to the right people or should some
changes be made by switching different hats to different people to help with
employee engagement?
How many different roles do you fill at work?
Are you passionate about your job?
Are you fulfilled?
Is there something you can do about it?
