Personal Tip – Take a Bath – Feb 22/24

Take a Bath:  If you have had a stressful day, learn to take a bath in Epsom salts, olive oil or essential oils to relax your aching muscles and mind. 

It is truly amazing how wonderful a warm or hot bath feels and what it does for you at the end of a long day. 

Run a bath, put something soothing in it, and allow yourself time to just sit back and relax.  Shut off the lights, light some candles, put some soothing music on and just sit back and soak in the environment. 

It can be very rewarding to take time to have a long soak.   

It can help you sort out your problems, thoughts or feelings, have a calming effect, help you feel better…in fact, sometimes, you can come out of the bath with a solution. 

I have always been someone who made time daily for me and it was my bath time.  I have maintained this throughout the years and it has helped center me.  It has allowed me many benefits at different times.  Every night is a different reason to bath but it has consistently helped soothe me on a regular basis.  It is my “me time”. 

I would encourage you to try it and see for yourself how wonderful of an addition it is to your life.
