It is ever changing until the end of the season where you can reward the top few clients depending on the rules set out in the beginning.
This can create a fun atmosphere that creates some competition throughout the year between clients, co-workers, management, etc.
It can be entertaining, bringing people together in this informal way can be very beneficial for business. It builds relationships with other conversations than work. It allows you to get to know your clients better in a fun way.
Once the regular season is done, look into creating a playoff pool as well to keep it going!
