Project Management Tip: I have been around a lot of projects and many people try to run a project without using a project management software.
The software assists with so many different aspects and is advantageous to anyone involved in the project process.
If you are doing any sort of project, invest in a project management software that is user friendly and periodically check to make sure that the people involved are actually utilizing and updating it to track the progress correctly.
There are many good project software programs out there. I have used: Microsoft Project, Zoho, Asana, Trello, and ProjectManger.com.
Here are some links to give you an overview or easy comparison on different products on the market.

There are even some free options available depending on what you are looking for or needing from it, or to try before you buy.

I do like ProjectManager.com as it is a cloud-based project management software that gives you real-time data to track your project and whatever risks arise during its execution – more information on this under the first link – it is number 20.
Questions to Ponder:
What do you consider to be a project?
Do you have projects that could benefit by using a project management software?
Do you know the progress or status of your current projects?
Does everyone involved know the status of the projects they are involved in?
Are your projects run smoothly or in a more chaotic fashion?
