Since the pandemic, there has been a definite shift in some of the qualities that people are looking for in an employer.
In my opinion, mental health support and the option to work remotely are the two that stand out to me that weren’t high on the list prior to Covid.
Covid created a lot of challenges and changes to the workplace during and the after effects.
Have a look at the links and survey your employees to see where your gaps are and where there is room for improvement.
It can be beneficial to have an outside company look into those gaps and improvements.
