Motivation:  What motivates you and keeps you motivated? 

Sometimes it is easy to be motivated and other times, oh man, it is so hard to get going – no matter what time of day. 

If we could just capture that moment when we are highly motivated and stay, there but we can’t.  It comes and it goes.  It depends on what we are doing, how passionate we are, who we are doing it with, deadlines, etc. 

Sometimes, when we are working in teams, it can be easy to be motivated as we do our part and other times, some people are unmotivated when working in a group setting. 

It is hard enough to motivate yourself in a team setting, but keeping the whole group motivated can be tough.

As we work through our motivation moments, make a mental note of what really helps you along the way to be motivated and stay motivated, so the next time you are struggling, it will remind you of what you have done previously.

Are there certain times of year you are more or less motivated?
