Software Tip: As we utilize our software, we usually use it to the best of our ability and knowledge, but there are so many more things we can do with it.
Whatever it is – Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), an accounting software, a CRM, etc., take time to watch different tutorials as to its capabilities. Taking the time to do this may actually take time off your current workload as you may find shortcuts or better ways of doing things that you do not currently know.
As we are living in an age of technology, these videos are at our fingertips and people have taken the time to make them, so that the end users can have the best software experience.
A majority of them are less than 15 minutes long. Utilize your coffee break time to learn something new that may make your life easier.
