Blah: Do you ever feel this way?
It has been a bit of a weird year weatherwise - more unpredictable than ever before.
After talking with quite a few people, due to the unpredictable weather patterns, snow, wind, fires, storms, hail, rain, the unrelenting heat, it seems to have taken a toll on people and they are feeling a bit more off than usual.
I find too that I have less energy to accomplish things and just want to relax when I get home, as I am tired.
So, I decided this long weekend, it is going to be a very relaxed jammie and movie weekend for our family, while we catch up on some much needed rest!
We will also spend some quality time outside - maybe have a weiner roast, a relaxing fire, etc.
This should rejuvenate us and help us get past these blah tired feelings!
We need to recognize that the weather definitely affects us and sometimes we just need to allow ourselves to take a break from everything and just relax, rejuvenate and regroup!
Know your body, know your mind, learn what you need - this is especially important now a days - be good to yourself and teach your family this as well!
