Gaining weight: We tend to do this over the winter months. It is one of the top New Year’s Resolutions every year – to lose weight!
As we age losing the weight is harder to do. I have been experiencing this over the last couple of years and the things that used to work haven’t been. It has been a huge point of frustration for me; many hours of research have gone into figuring it out.
If you are struggling with fitting into your clothes or have been battling this issue as well, I urge you to check out My Health Journey section on www.tipinions.com to see what I have found out in my research.
The thing is, there are so many trends out there - different diet options, exercise options, and the list goes on - but what really works? What is worth spending your time and money on?
I think the key is to look for something that is sustainable - something that you can maintain that can be a lifestyle change.
I don't believe there is an overnight solution - I believe it took a while to get here, it is going to take a while to make the changes you want to see.
Questions to Ponder:
Are you frustrated with your weight?
Are you honestly ready to take action – mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually?
What do you need to look at or change before committing to this decision to set yourself up for success?
