Personal Tip – Alternative Health Options – May 24/24

Alternative Health Options:  What do you do for your body? 

In the alternative health, you have supplements, massage, reflexology, reiki, acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, body talk, laser, chi machine, ERE machines, blood analysis, heat dome therapy, oxygen dome therapy, and different water therapy techniques, just to name a few. 

There are many different reasons why people choose to try alternative therapies.   

I have tried and continue to utilize different options to maintain and assist my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. 

It has assisted me in many areas and it is something that I do my best to maintain for self-care. 

During Covid this was harder to maintain as in our area some of these options were shut down and then only taking on a few clients, so you couldn’t get in for months. 

I have started back into chiropractic and osteopathic options recently and it will take a bit to get back because I had surgery, I have been less active and I have gained some weight.  But with a little bit of help, I will get things back to a maintainable place.  I have been having some back pain and I am stiff and sore – but as the tree grows… so it does take a little bit of time, effort and money to get things back to normal.
