On a scale of 1-10, where do your emotions fit in you?
Do they control you?
Do you make emotional decisions?
Are they running your life?
Are you in control of them?
On a scale of 1 – 10, are your emotions more positive or negative?
Allow yourself to feel your emotions, but don’t allow yourself to be run by them.
It is important to feel and allow yourself to feel.
