Personal Tip – Problems – Apr 6/23

Problems:  Problems are a temporary, which causes temporary emotions.  Making decisions during this time, is something you really have to think about.

Since problems are a temporary thing, you have to think about them in this mind frame – will this still be affecting me in this way in 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years?

Then reflect on what your answers are to those questions.

Knowing that they are temporary (problems and the emotions that come with them), then you can get through whatever you are going through better.

If it is something that is more permanent, you will have to make a choice not to be led by your emotions but rather by factual information – you will need to spend some time researching to find the facts.

Everything is easier when you look at it from a different perspective.

Take the emotion out of it – that is the key.

Questions to Ponder:

Are you currently going through something?

Have you asked yourself the time frame questions?

How are you doing with taking the emotion out of it?

Baby steps – do it slowly to maintain and sustain it.

Slow but sure wins the race.
