Prioritizing: How do you prioritize things in your day?
Do you use a certain software?
Do you use your calendar?
Do you use your phone?
Do you use a list?
We have many things and tasks to accomplish any given day. Some things take precedence over others. Sometimes we include so many items on our lists that we tend not to accomplish all that we could.
When you are making your list – no matter what you use, concentrate on 3 items or less. When we try to focus on too many things we don’t seem to accomplish them well.
When you add things to your day to accomplish, make sure you readjust your priority list.
Try to focus on the top three things or tasks. When you complete those, then go to the next three things, and so on…
When you accomplish tasks during your day, you feel so much better. That happens when you focus on a few things instead of trying to do everything at once.
